Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Times:

*Please note: During the holiday season; deliveries may take additional time due to the increased packages the USPS, UPS, and FedEx handle during this time. We cannot be responsible for delays with deliveries, but are always willing to help in any way we can. Please keep this in mind and allow yourself time when ordering in the event that there is a delivery delay.

Orders typically ship the same or next business day. We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. If an emailed proof is requested, we must have your approval before printing. Therefore, the turnaround time may be extended if we have not received your approval. If Express Mail shipping is selected on any order placed by 1pm CST, it is automatically processed as a rush order and will ship same day. If an upgraded shipping option is not available during checkout, please feel free to contact us to review other options.

Please note that shipping times are not included in the processing times. Once your order is shipped within the time frames stated above, please add the number of days required for time in transit. USPS Priority Mail transit time is typically 2-3 days. USPS Priority Mail Express is generally 1 day, unless otherwise stated as 2. All transit times can be quoted during the checkout process. Once an order is shipped, it usually arrives within the time frame quoted. 

Delays:

*In the nature of our business, we absolutely understand the urgency in receiving your invitation order in a timely manner. However; there are extremely rare occasions that we may experience delays in production and/or shipping due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, Acts of God such as inclement weather (snow, ice, flooding, tornadoes, etc.)  that may hinder our staff to safely arrive to work to process orders and/or delays with the shipping carrier once it leaves our facility. In the event such circumstances arise, we are always willing to help in any way possible within reason; and in return, we appreciate our customers' understanding and patience.

Shipping carriers may vary from your chosen method and will be determined at our discretion to ensure it arrives to you in the quickest time possible.

Returns & Replacements
All items offered by TickledPinkInvitations.com are personalized; therefore, returns and/or exchanges are not permitted. However, we do want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order, please let us know within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly work with you to replace the order or give a refund. Replacement orders are sent via the same shipping method as the original order. Customers are responsible for upgraded shipping costs if requested.

At Tickled Pink Invitations, we strive to provide you with a positive and hassle-free shopping experience. Our mission is to make every effort possible to provide expeditious service, quality products and unconditional customer service!

Please be sure to check that you have received your emailed receipt. If not, please check your email spam folder. If you have not received any emails from us, please contact us to make sure your email address was entered correctly. Email correspondence is very important and emails will be sent every step of the way to keep you informed of the status of your order.

When placing a personalized order, a complimentary electronic proof is optional and can be selected during the ordering process. Only simple spelling, grammar, wording and etiquette can be proofed. We cannot correct customer names, event locations, town or street names or dates. All spacing and alignment is checked and made exact on all orders even if a proof is not requested. We ask that you please review this information carefully! You may also override any changes made by the typesetter and they will be changed to your liking. Once you approve your proof, if you find an error please contact customer service immediately!  We ask that all communication dealing with spelling and wording be through email to make certain that there are no errors due to possible misunderstanding or miscommunication. *Although a typesetter proofs your order, we are not responsible for errors if you approve your proof.

If you choose to have your order printed “AS IS” and do not request a proof, a typesetter will only check the design for any spacing, alignment and/or photo quality issues. The invitation will not be read nor will corrections be made. If there is an obvious mistake at first glance, a typesetter may opt to make the correction to ensure customer satisfaction; however we cannot guarantee mistakes will be noticed.

If you find an error before your product is printed, we can make as many changes as necessary.

If you find an error after your product is printed, we will work diligently with you to correct the mistake in the most efficient way possible. Unfortunately, if the order has been printed there will be a reprint fee at a 75% discount. (If your order is for a Paper so Pretty Classic or Picture Perfect Classic design, the reprint discount may vary. Please inquire for exact discount amount for your order.)

If an error or mistake is made by TickledPinkInvitations.com or a vendor, we will gladly reprint the order at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

If your order has not been printed, you can cancel your order at any time. We do ask that you cancel your order as soon as possible. If you placed a rush order and a proof has been sent or the order has been sent to press, the rush fee is non-refundable.

Termination: We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Links To Other Sites: Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Tickled Pink Invitations.

Tickled Pink Invitations has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We highly suggest you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

Governing Law: This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes To This Agreement: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site and discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
