*Please note: During the holiday season; deliveries may take additional time due to the increased packages the USPS, UPS, and FedEx handle during this time. We cannot be responsible for delays with deliveries, but are always willing to help in any way we can. Please keep this in mind and allow yourself time when ordering in the event that there is a delivery delay.

What is your processing time?

Most orders will ship out same or next business day. If an emailed proof is requested, please note the processing time will begin upon proof approval. Proofs will be sent before we open the next business day.

Do you offer rush services?

We do not charge rush processing fees. If upgraded shipping is selected, it is automatically processed as a rush order. Any orders received before 1pm CST will ship same day if Express Mail shipping is selected. If an upgraded shipping option is not available during checkout, please feel free to contact us to review other options.

Do you charge extra for personalization?

No, we do not charge extra to personalize the text or print your invitations.  

I want to order my invitations/stationery blank and print them myself. How can I do this?

To order your selection as blank stock, simply go into 'personalize card' then click on 'erase all text' then 'save and proceed to step 2'. From there you can finish with the steps of completing your order.

Do you check my invitation before printing?

We do offer free proofing services if desired. We will review your invitation for simple grammatical and spelling errors. We will also make sure all of the spacing and alignment is exact. If you opt to have us print “as is”, not to worry…we will still make sure the spacing and alignment is correct, however; we will not read over the invitation for grammatical and/or spelling errors.

If I order a proof, am I limited to the number of changes I can request?

No, you can request as many changes as needed until it’s perfect! Please keep in mind that we have to make the changes for you, so please make sure your requests are clear and preferably sent by email.

I designed my invitation and saved it, but now I can’t find it…why?

Once you design your invitation, you must select ‘save and proceed to step 2’. You will need to complete the step 2 process and ‘add to cart’. If you choose to purchase at a later time, before leaving the site, you must either create an account or log in to your existing account for the items to save in your cart and be available in the future.

If I want to order at a later time, will my design be saved?

Yes, it will be saved if the correct procedure is followed. Once you design your invitation, you must select ‘save and proceed to step 2’. You will need to complete the step 2 process and ‘add to cart’. Before leaving the site, you must either create an account or log in to your existing account for the items to save in your cart and be available in the future.

What’s the status of my order?

To find the status of your order, please log in to your account and go to “My Account”. From there, select “My Orders”. It will then bring up your order history along with the status of the order(s). Also, upon each stage of the order process, you will receive an email giving you the current status.

What type of paper do you print on?

All of our invitations and note cards are printed on 100# matte cardstock. Designer papers are printed on 8.5 x 11” 80# text weight paper. Upgraded paper options are available for selection during the order process.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Our default shipping carrier is the USPS. USPS Priority Mail is a 2-3 day service depending on your location. USPS Priority Express is a 1 day service (2 days in some cases). We also offer FedEx if desired. On rare occasion, some orders will ship via UPS. We try to ship all orders according to what you’ve chosen at checkout; however it may be changed, but only in the event that it will benefit the customer.

We cannot be responsible for delivery delays once your order leaves our location, however; if you ever have a problem, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will gladly help.

Does this invitation require additional postage?

Standard postage is sufficient on the majority of our invitations. Any square invitations will require additional postage. Please check with your local post office or usps.com for more details.

I like this design, but want different wording…Is this possible?

Yes, absolutely! You can change the text on any of our invitations to anything you want. In fact, we recommend looking in other categories if you haven’t found that perfect design you’re looking for. You never know what you may find that will be exactly what you need. With our unique design tool, you can change the text, fonts, sizes, etc. and move each line around as necessary. Be creative…make it yours!

I’ve added a new text line, but it is randomly placed and covering the artwork. How can I fix this?

It’s simple…as with all the text lines on the invitation, you can simply click and drag the lines to the desired location.

I like this design, but I would like to make changes to the colors, hair, skin tone, minor detail, etc…Is this possible?

Yes, it’s possible! Requesting custom changes can be done; however a custom design fee of $10 will be applied. You can select this option and make your requests during the ordering process. Some designs cannot be changed and the option will not be available for those designs during the order process. Keep in mind if custom changes are requested, our standard processing times will not apply. Due to the time involved with the designers and making the custom changes, please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing. We want your invitation to be unique to you and exactly what you want so we are willing to work with you in any way we can to make your special event perfect!

Do you send samples before ordering?

Yes, we can send samples upon request. Simply send us an email with your list of desired samples, contact information and address to send them to. Most samples are sent blank with no text; however sample text may sometimes be printed. We do ask that you limit your request to 4 samples. Personalized samples can be ordered through the site; however you will need further instruction on how to do so.
